In the past month, we’ve kept you updated on Josh’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions in Hawaii, combat climate change, and move displaced families into newly completed housing units in the La‘ikū project in Lahaina, West Maui.

We also shared the news that Josh signed into the law the largest income tax credit for Hawaii families in state history while trimming over $500 million in unnecessary spending from the budget.

Josh and his administration are delivering results for the people of Hawaii and making real progress on some of our biggest challenges, including lowering housing costs and opening kauhale villages across the state to reduce homelessness.

Since taking office, Josh has also signed new laws to strengthen gun safety, protect women’s reproductive healthcare rights, and make government more transparent and accountable.
