Consumer Action joins national anti-fraud initiatives
Anyone who reads our monthly SCAM GRAM newsletter knows how committed Consumer Action is to educating consumers about how to recognize and avoid fraud and scams. As part of that continuous effort, we recently joined three fraud prevention groups. Read more.

Coalition Efforts

Class Action Database: Settlement benefits Direct Express cardholders
Consumer Action maintains a database of class actions so that interested consumers can learn more, join a pending action or make a claim. Class action lawsuits are an important element of consumer protection and can force changes to anti-consumer business practices and make bad actors return ill-gotten gains to consumers. Read more.
