John, since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, there are now 22 states with abortion restrictions or all-out bans.

When Donald Trump says abortion bans should be left up to the states, this is what it looks like.

John, let me be clear: Abortion is legal here in Pennsylvania. And as long as I am Governor, I will defend women’s freedom to choose and abortion access in our Commonwealth.

But millions of women’s freedom to choose is on the ballot in 2024, and we can’t back down in this fight for a moment.
