A warning (technically, a "notice letter") is what Judicial Watch sent to the Oregon Secretary of State last week, warning the State of Oregon of their evident violations of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) requiring the removal of inactive voters from their voter rolls.

If Oregon fails to begin cleaning its voter rolls in a timely fashion, we will go to federal court and sue them!
