It's here! Join the Orange County Young Republicans on Thursday, August 15th for our Summer Legislative Reception! This is our 7th Annual Legislative Reception, and this will be our biggest event yet, with many guest speakers and conservative leaders joining us for this special event.

OCYR Engage is our civic engagement program designed to encourage civic participation through attending public meetings and driving the public discourse through Op-eds and Letters to the Editor.

If we want to make an impact in our country, state, and community, it's critical that we understand how our civic government works and that we support the Republican movement in and out of elections.

Your annual OCYR membership includes free admission to our general membership meetings and discounted tickets to OCYR social events (ATF Day at the gun range, Legislative Reception, Holiday Reception, and more).

You'll also receive access to our OCYR Jobs page, which acts as a resume bank to help YRs looking for the right opportunity, and also has some conservative job boards and featured listings available on our website.

Our friends at the Greater Irvine Republicans will be hosting their 5th Annual GIR BBQ on Saturday August 10th at 11am.

Admission will be $15 for GIR members and $25 for non-members. The location will be at a park in Tustin, and will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.

Yorba Linda Councilmember Peggy Huang and Yorba Linda City Council Candidate (and OCYR member) Anthony Johnson will have an upcoming fundraiser on Thursday August 8th at 5pm.

Entry will be $50, and it will rally business leaders and engaged local leaders in support of our two endorsed candidates.
