Project 2025 brochure. The chair of the King George Democrats, Katy Evans, put together a brochure on the horrors of the beyond-reactionary Heritage Foundation's Project 2025. We think her graphic design is pretty darn powerful and would look great on Democratic tables at local farmer's markets.

Virginia’s Sales Tax Holiday is this Friday through Sunday, August 2-4. During the sales tax holiday, you can buy qualifying school supplies, clothing, and footwear; hurricane and emergency preparedness items; and Energy Star™ and WaterSense™ products without paying sales tax.

Foster Kids Summer School Supply Drive. We are more than 98% towards our goal of $31,000 in direct monetary donations and supplies bought through the Amazon store. We are keeping the drive going for another day or two but the Amazon store is closed for the year. Unused funds and supplies will be donated to the Department of Family Services to help with emergencies throughout the year.
