DETAILS: Join us to hear Tori Ito, a food waste policy consultant and attorney who has been working with the Zero Food Waste Coalition and its founding partners since the Coalition’s founding. She will give an overview of the food waste policy and advocacy work the Zero Food Waste Coalition is doing at the federal and state levels, highlighting the power in working together in a coalition and the opportunities to participate in sustainable food waste policy at an organizational and individual level.
