WILL's Victories Spark DEI Surrender from Biden-Harris Dear Friend, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.” For nearly 250 years, our country has fought to protect this fundamental pillar of our society. Now more than ever, this principal is being targeted under the guise of “diversity, equity, and inclusion.” But WILL is fighting back and we are happy to report that the tide is turning! In 2021, WILL launched the Equality Under the Law Project. Our project is a lifeline to fight any institution that uses discriminatory barriers to suppress opportunities and rewards from good-hearted individuals just like you. DONATE As we celebrate the third anniversary of this project, our work has led to substantial irreversible victories. We have represented 58 clients from over 20 states. Our legal challenges have resulted in monumental wins against the Biden Administration. Will you help commemorate our anniversary with a generous contribution today? Support Equality Under The Law We are celebrating this anniversary and looking back on some landmark victories: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: Judge suspends debt relief program for farmers of color after conservative law firm, white farmers sue Biden WILL filed a lawsuit in federal court and WON... we successfully challenged the unconstitutional race discrimination in the American Rescue Plan’s provision to offer loan forgiveness based on racial categories. New York Post: Biden admin sued for pushing white men to ‘back of the line’ for COVID aid WILL filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of a Tennessee restaurant owner against the United States Small Business Administration over race and gender discrimination in the American Rescue Plan Act. We successfully won that lawsuit opening those funds to all Americans. The way it should be! Washington Post: Federal judge orders minority-business agency opened to all races In 2024, WILL secured an historic legal victory against the Biden Administration. A federal judge declared the Minority Business Development Agency unconstitutional and went a step further in awarding WILL substantial court fees. In each of these victories we stood for a set of courageous clients—everyday Americans and small business owners who just want to be treated equally under the law. These victories have created new precedents that will help us further our goal of ending divisive, discriminatory, DEI programs everywhere. And that is why we are proud to say that three years in—we are not done yet! There is so much more work to do and that’s where you come in! Please help commemorate our anniversary with a generous, tax-deductible donation today. Just $15, $25, $50, or $100 today can help fund our next lawsuit against the Biden Administration or other radical DEI programs that exist in all 50 states. Our work is only possible with your continued support. By making a generous contribution to our cause, YOU can help us defend everyday Americans from oppressive institutions who aim to neglect those in need. We appreciate your support. Thank you!
