Dear John,
As a pro-peace Iranian American, it is deeply worrying that Israel engaged in yet another assassination on Iranian soil, prompting Iranian authorities to call for major military retaliation against Israel.
This conflict is boiling out of control, and nobody knows exactly where it will go next.
But we do know we are on the precipice of war and the danger will not go away until there is finally a ceasefire.
We need to be pushing hard right now to prevent all out war. The pro-war crowd is in overdrive to take advantage of these tensions and pave the path to war. Members of Congress need to be hearing from you too.
As Congress heads home for August recess, we are going to ensure they hear loud and clear from their constituents: No War With Iran, Ceasefire Now!
