We’re days away from the California Legislature gaveling back into session, and that means it’s time to gear up for a big advocacy push. Right now, we’ve got a handful of top priority bills that protect California’s environmental future and that require your help to reach the Governor’s desk.

We’re hosting two virtual trainings next week, on August 6 and August 8, to review our priority legislation and how YOU can play a role in getting these bills over the finish line. Sign up now to join us for a training!

Some of the key bills we’re tracking include the top oil accountability legislation of the year, featuring bills that would require companies to start plugging significant portions of their oil wells, protect the health and wellbeing of refinery fence-line communities, and bolster our state’s commitment to protecting the public from oil and gas pollution.
