You've probably seen a lot of headlines about Project 2025. But, Johh, do you know what it is and what it means for our country?

If not, let us fill you in. Project 2025 is a nearly 1,000-page policy packet that tells us exactly what the GOP is planning to implement if they win the Senate, House, and White House in November. Hint: It's not good for the American people or our democracy.

But before we get into the specifics of why this plan is a danger to the future of our country, will you please consider chipping in any amount ahead of our end-of-month deadline tonight so we can gear up for November?

There are a lot of reasons why Project 2025 is horrific, but just to name a few, it would:

• Place the executive branch directly under the control of the President with no oversight.
• Strip fundamental reproductive healthcare by banning the abortion pill, limiting birth control access, and rolling back President Joe Biden's pro-choice policies.
• Cut critical programs that support low-income students while at the same time fully eliminating the Department of Education.
• Cut over $370 billion in investments into clean technology and plunge our government into full-on climate change denial.

Our future generations deserve so much more than what these GOP extremists have to offer. They deserve a country that doesn’t undermine our democracy, take away our freedoms, or disregard our fundamental rights.

If we want to secure a safe future for our country, we need a collective effort. One of the best ways we can make sure these policies are never implemented is to take back the House in November and defend the pillars of our democracy with a Democratic House majority.
