Starting in September, we're launching a new feature section on our website, made up of submissions by members like YOU! Building on our annual summer photo contest, when members and supporters share their photos documenting what inspires them to work toward a sustainable future, we're kicking off a year-round call for photos!

Grab your camera on your next outdoor excursion and take a photo of yourself in a natural environment to add to the "Green Spaces of Our Lives" photo series project, led by the Chair of our Board of Directors, Bryce Hach.

Bryce enjoys taking self-portraits while out in nature. He hopes to encourage you to join him in sharing your own photos with your fellow Population Connection members and supporters as a testament to the importance of global population stabilization for the future of our beautiful planet.

We've already started receiving submissions, like this one, send in by a Population Connection member in Colorado:

Location: Prince Creek, Carbondale, CO

Spot: Near Maroon Bells - Snowmass Wilderness area

Background: I chose to live in a place surrounded by wilderness, in a valley distant from the highly urbanized Denver “front range,” in order to be in a smaller population area with less pressure on the local hiking and off-trail skiing area.
