We are very happy to announce that we surpassed our spring goal! It is
wonderful to welcome 207 new members to our community, and it's all
thanks to you! We can't help but feel inspired by how supportive our
community is, and how free software supporters like you are the reason we
continuously find new energy and reason for advocating for free software.
Thank you as well to those of you who were able and willing to donate funds
beyond your membership dues - it helps us immensely in our fight for user
freedom!
We have a lot of opportunities to learn more and get involved in the movement
coming up, so keep your eye out for future announcements! A few things
that you can look forward to before the end of 2024:
five more issues of the Free Software Supporter (including the August
edition tomorrow!);
issue 45 of the Free Software Foundation Bulletin;
articles on pressing issues in user freedom and technology (including AI);
FSF turning 41;
and more!
We are very excited to see what the second half of 2024 brings, and hope
you are, too.
Thank you for believing in us, and for supporting computer user freedom!
