*LCB Actions: *Cannabis Licensee Payment Flexibility **–** Proposed rules filed – Public comment period now open**

On July 31, 2024, during its regularly scheduled meeting the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following cannabis-related actions:

The Board approved a rule proposal (CR 102) to amend WAC 314-55-115 [ [link removed] ] to specify how licensees can buy cannabis from other licensees and pay for it with a check by mail.
