LCB Board Action: Rules Filed - Public Comment Period Now Open
On July 31, 2024, during its regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action related to general rulemaking:
Approved notice of permanent rulemaking (CR 103) to replace the acronym of the Board “WSLCB” with “LCB” where they occur throughout Title 314 WAC, the rules of the Liquor and Cannabis Board. In addition, this rulemaking also replaces remaining occurrences of the former name of the agency “Liquor Control Board” with “Liquor and Cannabis Board.” No other changes were made.
