The latest travel updates

🚍 From Sunday 26 April Trent Barton will be making some timetable changes.

🚍 CT4N will be reintroducing the L2, W1, L9 and L4 services from Monday 27 April.

Whilst the Medilink is out of service, travel partners have worked together to provide an alternative service to ensure key workers can get to and from their place of work.

🚘 Enterprise Car Club is offering NHS Staff/Volunteers, Emergency Services, Armed Forces & Key Workers up to 45% off hourly rental rates and free membership for essential travel.

🚆 East Midlands Railway have made some changes to their refund terms and conditions to reflect the current Covid 19 situation. Further information is available on their website here.

Nottingham Bike Aid

Ridewise, in partnership with Sustrans and Nottingham Bikeworks have expanded their Emergency bike Bank to form the Nottingham Bike Aid project.

Nottingham Bike Aid is providing assistance and offering personalised travel plans, reconditioned bikes and more to key workers and volunteers who want an alternative method of making their essential journey. Anyone who is a keyworker or volunteer living or working in Nottingham is eligible for help under the scheme.

Help them by donating to their fundraiser or by donating a bike that can be used by someone who needs help during these difficult times.

Wednesday 15 April - Tuesday 28 April: Aspley Lane
Two way lights between Woodrow Avenue and Ayleston Drive while a HV cable fault is seen to.

Wednesday 15 April - Friday 22 May: London Road
Lane closure from Victoria Embankment junction to Trent Bridge above the pedestrian footpath for gas mains replacement.

Monday 20 April - TBC: Lace Market Car Park
Car park closed until further notice while urgent maintenance and repair works are carried out.

Monday 27 April - Friday 1 May: Canal Street and Greyfriar Gate
Lane closure due to electric works in the carriageway.

Monday 27 April - Friday 8 May: Castle Boulevard
Two way traffic lights from outside Park Rock apartments to no.5 Castle Boulevard while new electric connections are installed.

Wednesday 29 April - Wednesday 20 May: Waterway Street West
Lane closure due to gas mains replacements.

Wednesday 29 April - Friday 19 June: Wollaton Road
Lane closure from 320 Wollaton Road, across Crown Island to the junction with Canterbury Road due to gas mains replacements.


Clifton Bridge A52

Clifton Bridge continues to operate under one eastbound Lane. Highways England are continuing investigations.
