About Donyale Hall

Donyale Hall is a distinguished businesswoman, mother and Gulf War Era Veteran of the United States Air Force. After moving to Dover in 1973 due to her father's assignment at Dover Air Force Base, she graduated from Caesar Rodney High School in 1987 and has since raised her ten children in the community. 

Donyale's career is marked by her dedication to service and entrepreneurship. In 2010, she joined the U.S. Department of Labor as a Program Specialist for Veterans Employment and Training Services. Today, she runs a general contracting company focused on community involvement and promoting growth for women, ethnic minorities and disabled veteran-owned businesses.

Her active involvement in numerous community boards and coalitions underscores her belief in "Service Above Self."

Delaware Chair Laura DelPercio
Laura DelPercio is an accomplished professional with a diverse and extensive background in management, politics, and community service. With over 24 years of experience in the Country Club industry, she has excelled in various roles, and is currently leveraging her expertise as a Regional Manager for Club Pilates, where she continues to demonstrate her excellent leadership and organizational skills.

About Jen Kiggans

Congresswoman Jen Kiggans is proudly serving Virginia’s Second Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives, which includes Virginia Beach, the Eastern Shore, part of Chesapeake and Southampton, Isle of Wight, Suffolk, and Franklin City.

Prior to serving Virginians in public office, Jen served as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Navy and worked in our nation’s healthcare system as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, serving America’s aging population.

Jen was winged as a Naval Aviator in 1995. She served our nation for a total of 10 years as a helicopter pilot flying H-46 and H-3 helicopters, completing two deployments to the Persian Gulf. 

After years of growing frustration listening to politicians on the evening news and watching as division and negative rhetoric derailed legislative progress on issues important to her family and her community, Jen took her experience of working with a team to accomplish the mission at hand to Richmond.

Jen comes to Congress determined to bring civility and competence to politics – something she believes is severely lacking in all levels of government – and provide Virginians with the strong, independent leadership in Washington they deserve.

About Ron Estes

Ron Estes is a 5th generation Kansan and serves Kansas’ 4th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Since being sworn into office in 2017, Congressman Estes has been a leader on passing landmark tax reform, rolling back burdensome regulations and implementing trade agreements with some of Kansas’ biggest trading partners.  Following his private sector career, Rep. Estes served his fellow Kansans as Sedgwick County (Kansas) Treasurer and then Kansas State Treasurer. As the only former state treasurer serving on the Committee on Ways and Means, Rep. Estes remains a champion of lower taxes, free and fair trade, affordable health care, and retirement security.
