The Georgia GOP on women: “They forgot to reproduce. They forgot to have babies. And we didn’t.”
In 2019, Republicans are showing us their true colors: they only value women, regardless of party, for their ability to reproduce - not our voices or even our votes.
The GOP’s backwards agenda is already threatening women’s lives in Georgia. They passed the forced pregnancy bill which would end Roe vs. Wade and stop access to women’s healthcare - while Georgia has the worst maternal mortality rate in the nation. Now, their rhetoric is diminishing our very personhood.
John, Georgia women deserve better than this - and in November, we will elect Democrats who will fight for the rights of everyone, regardless of their reproductive choices.
