During my first year in office, homelessness decreased for the first time in years, thousands of unhoused Angelenos came inside, homicides and violent crime fell, we launched several programs to support businesses, and the strong relationship within the public sector has enabled swift responses to the needs of Angelenos. We’re turning away from the status quo — and Los Angeles is better for it.

However, we're only just getting started in building a stronger, more unified city. I’m running for reelection because I know that we have a long way to go to make lasting change for all Angelenos — and I’m the best person for the job.
