Save the date! The People's Alliance PAC will host a
virtual endorsement meeting on Sunday, September 8, 2024 beginning at
4 p.m.
We will consider general election
endorsements for the Durham County Commission and Soil and Water
Supervisor.
We will also consider the Durham bond referenda and statewide
constitutional amendments that will appear on the November ballot.
Finally, we look forward to hearing from our friends at the
Democratic Party about how we can all get involved with the
coordinated campaign to elect Vice President Kamala Harris, Attorney
General and gubernatorial candidate Josh Stein, and more progressive
candidates down the ballot!

to register for this meeting is Tuesday, September 3.
If you want to vote at the endorsement meeting, you must have
been a member of the People's Alliance for at least 60 days prior to
the meeting. Monday, July 8, 2024 at
11:59 p.m. is the last time a new member could have joined to
be eligible to vote at this meeting. Members who join the People's
Alliance for the first time after that date may speak at the meeting
but may not vote.
