The US Postal Service could run out of cash as early as September.

John,
The United States Postal Service didn’t only help build this country -- it’s kept it running.
More than 600,000 postal workers are on the frontlines of this global health pandemic, and their work now is as vital as it was before COVID-19.
They connect big and small communities, deliver essential goods like prescriptions to seniors, and provide critical government communications like vote-by-mail ballots and census forms.
But Donald Trump and national Republicans have fought to bankrupt USPS, then privatize it -- despite rural communities, small businesses, and even private companies like FedEx and UPS relying on the vast network and affordability of our U.S. postal system.
Now, USPS is facing decimating revenue losses due to strain from COVID-19 and Donald Trump is saying he’ll veto legislation to save it.
Every one of us will feel the impact if we don’t put a stop to this. Will you sign on to Elaine’s urgent petition calling on Donald Trump to SAVE the United States Postal Service?
Thanks for your help,
Team Elaine
