In case you didn't, I'm reaching out one more time to make sure you saw our special matching gift opportunity. There are just a few hours left.
Animals like Abe and Riley have endured unimaginable suffering at the hands of animal agriculture. They depend on Farm Sanctuary in their most vulnerable moments — and thanks to friends like you, we are always prepared to help.
That's why I hope you'll take advantage of this opportunity to have your support go twice as far in fueling our critical rescue, education, and advocacy efforts nationwide.
Like so many rescued farm animals in our care, Abe and Riley sheep have shown us the meaning of resilience.
These gentle sheep once lived in horrific conditions at a North Carolina property with over 200 other neglected animals. Unfortunately, some were suffering from starvation, and many had already died when help arrived. Authorities charged the farm’s owner with 90 counts of animal cruelty.
Thankfully, friends like you helped us take in 10 of the surviving sheep, including best friends Abe and Riley. At Farm Sanctuary, they have begun to heal—and will always be together.
From now until July 31, every gift you make will be 100% matched, up to our $60,000 Annual Fund goal, by generous supporters from Enriching Lives of Animals Fund to defend farm animals everywhere against cruelty and exploitation.
With support from friends like you, our dedicated team was able to provide each of the rescued sheep with the health checks they needed at our Watkins Glen sanctuary. Once they were stable, we helped Abe and Riley settle into their permanent home: Farm Sanctuary Los Angeles.
Today, these resilient sheep are inseparable, and because of your compassion, they will spend the rest of their lives in peace, safety, and love.
Every farm animal deserves the same opportunity to truly live. And we know you do, too, John.
That’s why your generosity today will also ensure Farm Sanctuary can continue to reach millions of people with our compassionate message and pursue bold solutions to end of factory farming.
