Time to show up for all our kids.

Dear John,

This is a question for all New Yorkers, but especially to my fellow Dads out there:

Do you have a little FOMO over seeing all the amazing organizing calls for Vice President Kamala Harris?

From Swifties for Kamala, to Comadres con Kamala, and even Cat Ladies for Kamala, I love seeing everyone come together in this hopeful moment to build the broad, diverse coalition we need to elect Kamala Harris as the next President of the United States in November.

(Even Mayor Adams finally came around to her candidacy!)

Well, Dads, if you’re looking to get involved with the 2024 election, here’s our chance to answer the call: Will you join me on an organizing call with #DadsforKamala this Thursday, August 1 at 8:00 PM?

RSVP

#DadsForKamala is a broad, diverse, unified coalition of Dads ready to put in the work to elect a historic candidate whose vision for the future includes ALL of our kids.

A big plus: At the same time we’re mobilizing for Kamala, we’re organizing against the GOP’s dangerous, antiquated version of masculinity. Beyond any shadow of a doubt, being a dad is one of the best parts of my life, and I know that’s true for many of you. Here’s a powerful way we can show up for our kids and their futures.

Brad Lander and family

Now more than ever, New Yorkers must stand together to protect and strengthen our democracy, so that it can protect and strengthen our families, and all families.

That’s why this fall, I’ll be organizing with grassroots organizations, Democratic clubs and labor unions to take back the House, hold the Senate, and elect Kamala Harris the 47th President of the United States.

So, will I see you on Thursday? You can RSVP here. And if you can’t make it, will you please consider splitting a donation between Vice President Harris’s campaign and my campaign?

#DadLander signing off for now,

Brad
