Americans are divided by religion on who should get critical care if there is a shortage of ventilators.

A majority of religiously unaffiliated Americans (56%) say that ventilators should be saved for those with the highest chance of recovery, while most of the religiously affiliated groups covered in this new analysis say ventilators in short supply should go to patients who need them most in the moment.
