John,
Do you love watching the Olympic games? Then you should hate climate change, because it’s threatening the future of sports as we know it.
Global warming is making it harder to choose Olympic host countries because it’s becoming too hot for the necessary snow for the Winter Olympics and extreme heat is affecting the ability of athletes at the Summer games to safely compete. As a result, the number of cities that can host the Olympics is narrowing.
Will you donate now so we can lead the fight against climate change before the Olympic games come to Los Angeles in 2028? [[link removed]]

In Paris this year, the Seine River failed to meet European pollution standards more than half of the days leading up to the Olympic games (even though the Mayor of Paris took a plunge himself to try and prove the river was safe to swim in.)
Now the men’s triathlon has been postponed due to high levels of pollution. If we do not address the root causes of pollution and climate change, it will only get worse from here.
The Olympics are a reminder of why we need to build a global coalition to tackle the climate crisis head-on. Team USA is doing our part thanks to the work of the Biden/Harris Administration and SEEC members in Congress, but we have to keep making progress.
So will you chip in now to help us fight against climate change and protect our clean air and water before it’s too late? [[link removed]]
