As finance director for Jen Schultz’s campaign for Congress, I am constantly checking our fundraising progress as we get closer and closer to election day. I’m going to be honest with you: It’s been so inspiring to see the enthusiasm from grassroots donors like you over the last 10 days for Kamala Harris. But the hard truth is, we need that enthusiasm to be injected into campaigns like ours, too. If we’re going to protect our democracy we need to not only win the presidency but also flip the House and keep the Senate.
If Jen can win this race, Democrats will win the House, full stop. But we need the resources to win – and that’s where you come in. We need to raise $7,431 before midnight tomorrow to reach our July fundraising goal, can I count on you to help us close the gap?

I have the privilege of seeing just how much Jen cares about our communities and just how hard she works to make Minnesotans’ lives better firsthand, every single day. She truly believes that there is a better way forward – and I believe she can help us down that path. And I don’t know about you, but I’m sick and tired of the constant hate and division we’ve been enduring in our politics for too long. I’m not even going to bother giving our MAGA opponent Pete Stauber the time of day by telling you how he’s played a major role in that discourse. It’s time for leaders that can unite us and return to a sense of stability. Jen will be that leader in Congress. But she needs our help.
