On August 5-6, 2024, the National District Attorneys Association [ [link removed] ] (NDAA) will host a 2-day virtual juvenile justice training: “Building and Improving Relationships between Youth and Law Enforcement: Strategies for Effective Programs and Collaborations [ [link removed] ].”

The event will feature presentations from police departments and nonprofit organizations that run programs focused on developing and improving relationships between youth and law enforcement. Topics will include:


* The history of youth-law enforcement relationships.
* Strategies to incorporate youth voices when planning programs.
* Examples of successful youth-focused law enforcement programs.

Participants are eligible to receive continuing legal education (CLE) credit.
