Year-Round Generosity Cohorts
Move your church from a culture of scarcity to a culture of generosity! A culture of generosity in a church has to do with more than church generosity of money. It’s also about the generosity of time, hospitality, care, connection, prayers, and praise! The Missouri United Methodist Foundation is offering this opportunity to join a Year-round Generosity learning project to discover new ways of creating a culture of generosity that can impact all areas of your church’s ministry. Part-Time Openings
Is God calling you to step out in faith? Lay preachers have been a part of the Methodist movement since its beginning, serving as class leaders, and preachers. They served as role models, mentors and discipleship coaches for the Methodists in their pursuit of holiness of heart and life. They were the disciples who made disciples. District Superintendents have shared [link removed] part-time openings across the state of Missouri. These are churches that do not have a pastor appointed or assigned yet. Retired clergy and lay people are invited to begin discernment about whether they might be called to serve for a season or two. Health Check
To take the Health Check, [link removed] log into your Virgin Pulse® account through the website or app, select the “Health” tab and then choose “Health Check.”
If you have a spouse who also is covered by HealthFlex, you both must [link removed] take the Health Check to avoid a higher deductible. The higher deductible will be $250 extra for individual coverage and $500 extra for family coverage in 2025.
Blueprint for Wellness
Schedule the Blueprint for Wellness by logging in to [link removed] your Virgin Pulse account online or via the app, selecting the “Benefits” tab and searching for Quest Blueprint for Wellness Screening. Or call 1-855-623-9355 to register.
Here are a few important reminders about the Health Check and Blueprint for Wellness:
You must be registered with Virgin Pulse to take the Health Check and registration also is required at the time of your Blueprint for Wellness screening to receive the $100. If you or your covered spouse have not yet registered for Virgin Pulse, [link removed] sign up here.
The $100 is awarded in your Virgin Pulse account, and can then be deposited into your bank account, cashed out as gift cards or donated.
