After a month-long recess, next week the Legislature is finally going back to Sacramento for session. Hold onto your wallets because the Democrats are coming for them.

In the final month of session, we are expecting a lot of political games. The Legislature is expected to vote on hundreds of new laws. Sadly, most of these proposals won’t help Californians pay their bills, fix the state's $62 billion budget deficit, keep us safe, or clean up our streets. Instead, most of these measures increase taxes, line the wallets of special interests, and rubber-stamp even more lawlessness.

We are not giving up. We are gearing up to stop Democrats’ new tax increases ($15 billion), soft-on-crime policies, free healthcare for illegal immigrants, and election interference schemes. This is about Fixing California.

As your Senate Republican Leader, I’m bringing you weekly updates from inside the Capitol to EXPOSE the Democrat majority.
