Friend,
Almost ten months into the devastating war in Gaza, Israeli forces’ unrelenting, indiscriminate strikes have reduced much of the Strip to rubble and upended the lives of millions of Palestinians.
Constant violence has made it nearly impossible to deliver humanitarian aid and provide medical care. Stocks of fuel, food, water, and medicines are dangerously low and people are trapped by renewed fighting. Children, in particular, are enduring immense suffering amid the spike in malnutrition cases.
Supporters like you enable MSF to treat malnutrition and provide other lifesaving care, often in places where few other organizations can or will go. We urgently need your help to meet the overwhelming needs in Gaza and around the world.

Dr. Amber Alayyan, a pediatrician and MSF’s medical program manager for Palestine, shares why pregnant and lactating people, along with children under two years old, are particularly vulnerable to malnutrition:
|
Amid the immense needs, lack of supplies, and unrelenting military strikes, MSF teams are forced to make devastating choices every day. The rising number of malnutrition cases means doctors often have to decide between who receives a hospital bed: A trauma patient or a patient suffering from malnutrition.
Our teams continue to provide lifesaving aid and medical care in Gaza despite the great risk and immense challenges. MSF has over 400 staff currently on the ground in Gaza. At Al-Shaboura Clinic alone, our teams have conducted over 36,000 medical consultations, including more than 15,000 pediatric cases. The needs, however, continue to grow every day.
Give today and ensure MSF can continue to provide medical care in emergencies in Gaza, Sudan, Haiti, and beyond.
Sincerely,
Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières USA
