As you know, many Americans are increasingly concerned about the Supreme Court because of its recent extreme decisions and because of the unethical behavior by some of its judges.

And as we consider the stakes in this election, many in our community are focused on the future of the Court because whoever wins the race for the White House will likely nominate two or three new Supreme Court justices. These appointments will impact the Court — and the decisions that impact Americans from all walks of life — for decades.  

I also know that folks are concerned about other issues too, so I am just checking in:

The Supreme Court’s decisions impact everything from LGBTQIA+ rights, reproductive freedom, book bans, voting rights, money in campaigns… the list goes on. And its decisions have ramifications far beyond a four year presidential term.

So with polls showing the presidential race extremely tight, please take my one-question poll about the future of the Supreme Court. Thank you.
