This morning, news broke that the United Kingdom’s new government may suspend arms sales to Israel “based on the recent International Court of Justice decision mandating an end to military support for Israel's illegal endless occupation.”1
At this moment, Vice President Kamala Harris also has an opportunity to help stop the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians and turn the page on the Biden/Harris administration’s disastrous policy on Gaza.

Meanwhile, the threat of a wider regional war in the Middle East has spiked once again, as Israeli officials have called for retaliation against Hezbollah after accusing the Lebanese armed group of killing 12 children in a rocket strike in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights this past weekend.2
More than 40,000 Palestinians have now been killed by Israeli bombs and bullets, many of them paid for with American taxpayer dollars. This must stop, but that only happens if we raise our voices and the Biden/Harris Administration takes action.
The best way to stop a wider regional war and more death and destruction is to enact a permanent and immediate ceasefire in Gaza. And with the Israeli government the main impediment to such a ceasefire, the best way to keep the pressure on is to keep up our calls for an end to U.S. military funding and aid.
