In Iowa, a law that bans almost all abortions after six weeks has taken effect – banning abortion before most people even know they are pregnant.

While this ban—put forth by Iowa’s Republican-controlled state legislature—was initially blocked, the State Supreme Court upheld it.

Iowa now has one of the most restrictive abortion policies in the nation.

Make no mistake, this is the plan if former President Trump wins and Project 2025 becomes our reality.
