Our opponent, Rob Bresnahan, was just elevated to the National Republican Congressional Committee's (NRCC) Young Guns program.
We knew the NRCC was supporting Bresnahan's run, and we knew they already invested millions in ads in PA-08 against Matt. But this new status means Bresnahan will receive even more monetary support from Republican donors – money that will go directly towards defeating Matt on November 5.
The NRCC says “…Bresnahan is in a prime position to flip Pennsylvania's Eighth District red…” but we know the truth — no Republican is a match for this grassroots team.
