Under Project 2025, a Trump Administration would:

- Restrict access to contraception for almost 48 million people.

- Revoke FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approval of mifepristone—amounting to a nationwide ban on medication abortion with this safe and effective medication, which is used in the majority of abortions in this country.

- Criminalize the shipping of abortion medications and medical instruments—taking away access to this medication from people in states with bans or who live in rural areas.

- Refuse to protect fertility treatments like IVF (in-vitro fertilization).

- Create a surveillance state to track births and abortions and withdraw reproductive health privacy protections put in place by the Biden-Harris Administration.

- Restrict and defund clinics that provide contraception and STI testing.

- Allow states to deny pregnant people emergency abortion care.

- Prevent doctors, nurses, and doulas from being trained on how to provide abortion care.
