The race for District 5 Supervisor is neck and neck

** Polling is In: The Race is 50/50.
------------------------------------------------------------
Hi John,
Our race for District 5 Supervisor is shaping up to me one of the most competitive elections this November in San Francisco!
And now the data backs it up: polling shows that the incumbent Dean Preston and I are in a virtual tie.
Defeating an incumbent elected Supervisor won't be easy...
But the data is clear: voters want change.
In 4 years, Dean has failed to address the district's concerns: he's failed to build housing, failed to take action on our fentanyl crisis, and failed to deliver on street safety.
Nearly 70% of voters are looking for new leadership. And it's clear our campaign is best positioned to unseat Preston and bring change to City Hall.
This is a testament to all your support - every door you've knocked, dollar donated, phone called - has positioned us in the margin to win and make history!
But critically, 30% of the district is still undecided.
And that's where you come in...
