Time to voice your opinions, the elections are nearing

Today marks 100 days until the elections!

We have two important questions regarding the upcoming elections:
* Have you registered to vote? If so, are you voting with Christian principles in mind?
* Have you set up voter registration tables at your church? If so, have you encouraged others to vote with biblical principles in mind?

In this pivotal election season, we, as Christians, need to stand up and be courageous like Apostle Paul, Esther, Joseph, David and many others who were unafraid to be the change they wanted to see in their community.

One important way to engage with your community is by voting according to our Christian values and principles. God has given us the ability to influence the direction of our country through our choices, and we will be held accountable for those choices before Him.

Ezekiel 3:18 says, “When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.”

It is time to show our community that we have a powerful voice capable of bringing lasting change. Our voice comes from our risen Savior, Jesus Christ. Let's use it to be the light in our communities.
