Folks,

This is the beginning of my first August work period as a member of Congress. So on my flight home the other night, I started thinking about all the things I'm looking forward to: Being back in Utah, taking some time to hike and fish with my kids, and talking to the people I'm representing in Washington.

My job title is representative, but it's also my job description, and I take that very seriously. I want to make the most out of this work period, and that's where you come in.

I asked my team to put together an August work period survey so I can get a better sense of what you want me to focus on and talk about while I'm home, and what messages you want me to bring back to Washington.
