John,

Since 2021, I’ve proudly represented Missouri’s 1st Congressional District in Congress, where I’ve championed Medicare for All, the Green New Deal, the Unhoused Bill of Rights, equal rights for all, and reproductive freedom. I am proud of our track record and I’m even prouder that we’ve done it without taking a dime from corporate PACs or special interests.

Now, we’re going up against a self-proclaimed Democratic opponent who claims to stand for “progressive values,” while being bankrolled by some very questionable donors.

According to reports, our opponent has raked in over $65,000 from donors who also contributed to Missouri's two Republican Senators, anti-abortion insurrectionist Josh Hawley and Eric Schmitt… If I’m going to keep up with the Republicans trying to buy this seat, we’re going to have to match them dollar for dollar. John, we just increased our July grassroots fundraising goal to $65,000.

Can you split a donation between my campaign and Sunrise Movement to help send me back to Congress, so I can keep fighting for our movement? [[link removed]]

Our opponent has also accepted over $360,000 in individual contributions earmarked as having been directed to his campaign through AIPAC and their far-right Republican strategists.

It's clear that he is more interested in pleasing his wealthy donors than standing up for the people of St. Louis. He's willing to sell out our values for a quick buck, and that's something our communities can’t afford. They deserve better.

But here's the good news: we have the power to fight back. By supporting our grassroots campaign, you're standing up against a grifter politician and the influence of big money in politics and demanding real representation for the people of MO-01.

So, let's send a message loud and clear: we won't be bought and paid for by special interests. We're fighting for a government that works for all of us, not just the wealthy few, and we’re fighting back against the GOP mega-donors attempting to buy their influence in our Democratic primaries.

Will you split a $65 donation or whatever you can afford between my campaign and Sunrise Movement to help us build a movement that puts people over profits and prioritizes humanity back in Congress? [[link removed]]
