Two Louisiana teens killed in collision with drunk,
unlicensed, illegal immigrant whose alcohol level was over six times legal
limit
Two Louisiana families have lost their children. The two
18-year-olds were killed in a drunk driving accident according to state
police. The illegal immigrant driver who hit them was underage, unlicensed,
and had a blood alcohol over six times the legal limit.
