Time keeps on ticking…we are now ONE day away from the election in Arizona, the day when voters cast their choice for which candidates move forward from the primary to the general election. This is an important first step to ensure that your chosen candidate makes it through to the second round. If you haven’t voted yet, no problem! You have two options to either return your mail in ballot to a polling location or vote in person. Details for finding a convenient spot to vote can be found below.
I would like to take this time to thank everyone who has been on this journey with me the past six months, including you, dear reader. Thanks to Gumption Consulting and the canvassing team for my field plan, Hey Joe Media for my marketing and branding, J&R Graphics, my mom for dependably being there for me and my children, my street-sign-repairing husband, the unions and organizations standing alongside of me, those who have proudly displayed Sarah yard signs, and all the volunteers, supporters, donors, and friends who have powered me in countless ways.
Whatever the outcome is on Tuesday for me in the LD 5 House race, I remain wholly committed to the work ahead. Wishing all the other candidates good luck in their races. Campaigning is a challenging journey, but when done correctly, it allows you to walk away with your head held high, regardless of the outcome.
Thank you all for reading, and voting! You are a vital part of what gives strength to Arizona’s democracy.
With kindness,
Sarah
