Abortion will be on the ballot this November — literally.

Voters in nearly a dozen states could have a chance to weigh in on reproductive rights freedom this year. And we've seen it time and time again: When abortion is put directly on the ballot, reproductive freedom wins.

But these victories don't just come out of nowhere. They're the result of months — and often years — of hard work, grassroots organizing, and community activism.

That's why we need to do everything possible to support ballot initiatives, and the state-level organizers who power them, so that we can see victory this November and the years to come. Can you chip in to support abortion access ballot initiatives in these nine states and fight for our rights?

Here's what's at stake in those nine states:
  • Expanding rights in states where abortion has become increasingly difficult to access.

Initiatives in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, and Nebraska could reverse abortion bans that have been enacted since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.

The initiative in Montana could affirm access to abortion in the state constitution.

These initiatives would establish the fundamental right to abortion and ensure that people can get care without political interference.
  • Enshrining the right to abortion in states where abortion is already legal.

Proposals in Colorado, Maryland, New York, and Nevada would enshrine the right to abortion in the state constitution to protect reproductive health for future generations.

Donate now to help fund these crucial ballot initiatives and expand abortion access for millions of people across the country.

The election is just months away. From now until November 5, it's crucial to build up the grassroots momentum needed to ensure that abortion wins. We know that abortion opponents are well-funded and will go to extreme lengths to take away our right to control our own bodies and lives.

But if everyone reading this chips in a few dollars, we can give the people working day and night to pass these abortion ballot initiatives the resources they need to win, and help lay the groundwork for other state fights to come!

Thank you for all that you do.
