John,
With the Minnesota primary just around the corner, it's more important than ever to combat the misinformation being spread about our elections.
Against all the evidence, some people insist on sowing mistrust in Minnesota’s elections. They allege, without evidence, that noncitizens are somehow voting in large numbers in Minnesota. They’re wrong - and we have fresh numbers that show why.
An op-ed by Virgil Wiebe in the Star Tribune clearly states that noncitizen voting has not been an issue in Minnesota. Since 2015, there have been only 3 proven cases of noncitizen voting out of 13.4 million votes cast.
We need to make sure every voter in Minnesota knows the truth, but we can’t do it alone. We need to raise $5,000 this week to continue our efforts in combating misinformation and ensuring our elections remain secure.
Will you please chip in $5 or whatever you can to help us reach our goal?
