| Fellow American, This is not good. You probably don’t know who I am, but my name’s Kurt. I’m a fundraising manager for Kari Lake. I just got an earful from my boss because we’re not living up to Kari's or our team's expectations. Listen, we’re trying everything we can, but apparently, it’s just not enough. Honestly, before this email, we were completely out of ideas. This is our last hope, otherwise, I don’t think we’re going to survive another team meeting. Kari Lake works like nobody else. There’s not a single person here in Arizona who can match the energy and commitment she has to this race, and that’s why I’m doing everything I can to make up lost ground right now. The best thing I can think of is, to be honest with you right now. According to our statistics, only about 20 out of every 100 people we send emails to read them. Of the people who open our emails, only about 5% make a contribution to help out. Kari has written a lot of emails lately, and I want to make sure we’re doing everything we can to help her meet her fundraising goals. According to our team, we need to raise $10,000 by the end of the night to meet today’s fundraising goal and make up for lost ground from the last few days. This race is so important, and every minute Kari spends trying to meet her fundraising deadline is another minute she can’t spend on the campaign trail, closing the gap with Ruben Gallego and making sure we save Arizona and America. If there’s anything you can contribute—$5, $10, $25, or even $50—it all makes a tremendous difference. We know Kari would appreciate any generous donation you can make, but I will personally tell you that if every person reading this email contributed $10, we would meet our emergency $10,000 deadline by midnight.
