Dear Fellow Conservative,
Today I have an important question to ask you.
What would you do if you saw a fully-grown man -- wearing a female bathing suit -- in the locker room watching two little girls undress?
I'm going to tell you what our newest client did.
And after hearing her story, I hope you'll follow this link right away to help her.
Julie Jaman is an 82-year-old grandmother who's lived in Port Townsend, Washington for almost forty years.
She regularly uses her local swimming pool that's owned by the city of Port Townsend and operated by the YMCA. But that all changed in just one afternoon.
In case you missed the reporting of this big case on Fox News, Ben Shapiro's Daily Wire, and numerous other media outlets, here are the details.
After her typical swim at the YMCA, Julie went to the women's locker room to shower like she always does.
But on this particular day, Julie heard a male voice while she was showering. Alarmed, she pulled back the curtain to see what on earth was going on.
That's when she saw a fully-grown man in a women's bathing suit watching two little girls undress.
The children appeared to be around four and six years old, and Julie believed she may be witnessing a predator in action.
Julie did what any reasonable grandmother would do.
She confronted the man and asked him to leave.
But instead of putting Julie's concerns to rest, YMCA staff rushed in and began berating Julie for her "discriminatory" response to a man (who "identifies" as a woman) helping little girls undress.
Then the YMCA banned Julie from that YMCA for life, the police kicked her out of the building...
...and THEN the YMCA launched a sophisticated smear campaign to paint Julie as a bigot and transphobe in her community.
My fellow patriot, what on earth are we doing as a country when a grandmother trying to protect little girls is turned into public enemy #1?
The way the YMCA and the city of Port Townsend treated a concerned grandmother isn’t just outrageous -- it's unconstitutional.
Julie Jaman has a First Amendment right to speak her mind no matter who disagrees with it.
Just like you do.
Julie Jaman has a Fourteenth Amendment right to due process.
Just like you do.
And that's something the YMCA and the City of Port Townsend neglected when they banned Julie for life without even hearing her side of the story!
That's why 82-year-old Julie Jaman is suing the YMCA and the City of Port Townsend.
And that's why I'm writing to ask for your help today.
If good and decent people like Julie let radicals bully them into silence (in the face of evil, I might add), more seniors will be censored, more children will be in danger, and twisted radical ideas will become the norm in our country.
Please help Julie Jaman by making an urgent tax-deductible donation of $25 or more to help Julie fund her court case against the radicals at the YMCA and the city of Port Townsend.
Julie never set out to be an "activist."
But she became one when she saw that grown man watching two little girls undress in the YMCA locker room.
As disgusting and unconstitutional as the facts of this case are, winning won't be easy.
Julie Jaman needs you and me to stand with her.
