It’s no secret that Michigan is a critical swing state this year. I’ve told you time and time again that if we stop Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans from winning here this November, we can prevent them from implementing a dangerous right-wing agenda that threatens our freedoms.

In a moment, I’ll explain what “Project 2025” is and why it makes our work to win Michigan even more important. But before I do, can you please contribute $25 or more to keep Michigan blue today?

Led by former Trump staffers and the right-wing think tank, The Heritage Foundation, “Project 2025” is a far-right policy agenda for Donald Trump and his MAGA allies to implement if they win in November.

Here are just a few of the alarming policies they’ve laid out on their website:

• Banning Abortion and Birth Control Nationwide: Project 2025 aims to outlaw abortion and birth control across the country, even in states like Michigan where reproductive freedom is constitutionally protected.
• Rolling Back Climate Protections: The plan would undo the Biden Administration’s historic efforts to combat the climate crisis. The EPA would be gutted, public lands would be opened up for drilling, and policies would be implemented that would accelerate our climate crisis.
• Slashing Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security: Project 2025 includes plans to cut vital programs like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. Additionally, parts of the Affordable Care Act would be repealed, endangering health coverage for millions of Americans.

I could go on, but here’s the bottom line:
