As you read this, hundreds of volunteers are texting Democrats across the country asking them if they'd be willing to volunteer at some point in the upcoming election.
So far, as of a few hours ago, we've identified 27,586 people who have said they would.
That is data we'll share with local campaigns and state parties ahead of the election to help deliver victories for Democrats in the presidential race and all the way down the ballot.
In fact, our projections show that at this rate, we should get to 150,888 volunteers identified. That would be pretty cool.
But the gap between where we are and where we can land is getting more people to send text messages to those Democrats. People like YOU.
Honestly, it should be a pretty good experience. You'll be part of a team texting Democrats across the country, doing work that will make a difference in important races.
