Friend — I know Kamala Harris. I know she can win. And I know she has the potential to be a truly transformative President for our nation.
As Vice President, she helped launch the National Climate Bank that I fought to include in the Inflation Reduction Act — legislation where she used her power as Vice President to make the deciding vote in the Senate. And when Kamala was still in the Senate, we worked together as co-leads on the bill that made Juneteenth a national holiday. I’ve seen firsthand how she gets to work and delivers for all Americans.
She’s been a prosecutor, an Attorney General, a Senator and a Vice President. She has the experience to lead and a commitment to the values of justice, equity, and dignity for all.
And it’s long past time for our nation to shatter the glass ceiling and put the first woman in the Oval Office.
So, as I told you at the start of this week, I’m all in for Kamala.
