Working Families Party

John,

With Raquel Terán’s election only 4 days away, Arizona voters are wondering which candidate will stand up for the policies that will benefit their communities and loved ones.

It’s simple: If you want to know who these candidates will fight for in Congress, look at where the money is coming from on both sides:

  • Raquel’s opponent benefitted recently from over $1 million in spending from a pro-crypto PAC funded by extremist Trump donors.
  • Many of her opponent’s top individual donors are also Republican mega donors supporting far-right candidates and super PACs.
  • And because of her ultra-rich parents, Raquel's opponent has been able to donate nearly $200,000 in her own personal funds, in addition to $100,000 from her father to a PAC in support.

Raquel, on the other hand, has been endorsed by Dolores Huerta, Elizabeth Warren, and Bernie Sanders, and gets her support from a grassroots movement of progressives and the multiracial working class.

We know that Raquel will fight for our communities and stand up to extremists. But with the primary election for Arizona’s 3rd Congressional District this Tuesday, there’s no time to waste. Can you rush a split donation to Raquel Terán and the Working Families Party right now to help turn out voters during Get Out The Vote weekend this weekend?

As we face down far-right attempts to take back Congress and reshape the government with Project 2025, we need bold champions like Raquel on our side in Congress.

She said it herself: “I think that these Republican donors … know that I will stand up to GOP donors, like I have done through my career, either from ousting Sheriff [Joe] Arpaio or when I was in the state legislature, when I was the chair of the Arizona Democratic Party … My trajectory shows how I stand up to Republicans and Republican extremists. But Ansari will stand with them.”

If you’re with Raquel, send a split donation to her campaign and the Working Families Party today to help fund our Get Out the Vote efforts in the final days. She doesn’t rely on massive amounts of cash from corporate PACs and MAGA donors — she relies on the contributions of people like you.
