Let’s roll!       DEFENDING KANSAS SAVING AMERICA   DONATE VOLUNTEER The Friday File A weekly publication RNC Milwaukee Convention Recap The RNC Convention was an amazing week for all 150+ Kansas Republicans who attended the convention in Milwaukee as Delegates, Alternate Delegates, and Guests. On Monday morning, the Kansas delegation of about 150 folks enjoyed being invited to And attending the Hunter Nation/NRA event at Milford Hills Hunt Club where the newly forged partneship between Hunter Nation and the NRA was announced. The following notables were present: ~ Donald Trump, Jr. ~ United States Congressman Jim Jordan (OH) ~ United States Congressman Ron Estes (KS) ~ United States Congressman Tom Tiffany (WI) ~ Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach ~ Former Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer ~ American Rock-n-Roll legend and hardcore Conservative Republican hunter Ted Nugent gave a tremendous and typically high-energy rousing speech. Then, he played the national anthem on his electric guitar from the stage. Our transportation to the Hunter Nation/NRA event and all other private venue transportation was provided by and through the generosity of Mike and Rhonda Vess and their companies, Vess Energy . A huge thank you to them for making our trip more pleasant, enjoyable, and beneficial. Without three KSGOP Sunflower Express buses, so much of what the delegation enjoyed would not have been possible. On Monday night from the RNC convention floor, Mike Brown, Chairman of the KSGOP, cast all 39 Kansas Delegate votes in the nomination of “The Man”, Donald J. Trump. On Tuesday morning at Red, White, and Blue, an event venue near the Fiserv Forum arena in downtown Milwaukee, at breakfast, we heard from the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), including panelist Rick Grenell, former US Ambassador to Germany, and other notable attorneys who presented, “American Lawfare and the Weaponization of the United States Government.” For our lunch programming presentation, we heard from Kansan, former CIA Director, and former United States Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who graciously joined us for “A Conversation with Mike Pompeo.” Both presentations were broadly loved, appreciated, and applauded, and we thank these men for joining us. Bravo! CBOE hosted our late afternoon pre-convention reception where all had a great time visiting. After fulfilling our duties that evening at the convention, we ended the evening with a post-convention reception where big smiles and tired eyes prevailed. Wednesday was planned and started as a slow-roll morning with no big agenda. We had early “Coffee with the Chairman”, sponsored daily by Don and Jane Alexander and their company, Alexander Manufacturing. Later that day, Chairman Brown attended a private luncheon with newly-minted Vice President Candidate JD Vance, and it is safe to say Kansas Republicans have a very secure spot with the RNC and the next Administration. Our day wrapped up with business on the convention floor. Thursday morning we enjoyed a breakfast honoring our federal delegation where Kansas Congressman Ron Estes and Congressman Tracey Mann joined the KSGOP. Each Congressman delivered remarks and both were thanked repeatedly by those in attendance, including Chairman Brown. That evening at the convention we heard from Eric Trump, Hulk Hogan, Kid Rock, and UFC CEO Dana White, among others. Then Donald J. Trump took the stage and began speaking about the actual events surrounding his attempted assasination. It was moving, emotional and powerful. He went on to lay out the compelling and obvious case for electing him as President. The convention was an incredible amount of work to produce (thank you Kristi Brown and Dakotah and Samantha Poetter Parshall) and a very expensive undertaking for which Chairman Brown spent 6 months accomplishing. Our sponsors and donors were a combination ranging from smaller start ups and family-owned businesses to some of the biggest international companies on Earth. Each and every one played a key and crucial role in the huge success all enjoyed! THANK YOU! Mike and Kristi Brown holding the “Kansas” sign/standard just outside of the Fiserv Forum after the convention gaveled out in downtown Milwaukee. KSGOP Chairman Mike Brown, RNC Chairman Michael Whatley, and Kristi Brown The view from the Kansas delegate floor seats. Alan Townsend, KSGOP Treasurer, and his bride Lynda Townsend, having a conversation with Mike Pompeo. The view from on the stage during the ACLJ presentation to the Kansas Republican Party. The ACLJ panelists included Rick Grenell, former US Ambassador to Germany, Ben Sisney, and Jordan Sekulow. Former Kansas Senator and Republican Legend Ed Pugh and Chairman Brown were having fun and sharing laughs on the convention floor! Denise Vocasek engaging with Mike Pompeo. Donald Trump, Jr. and Ted Nugent address the huge crowd at Milford Hills Hunt Club where Hunter Nation and NRA put on an amazing event to announce and celebrate their joint venture! Crowd control techniques included very large draft horses which were hyper-effective. The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Chairman of the Board, Carl Harris, a professional Wichita-area contractor, was all smiles on the convention floor. KSGOP thanks NAHB for its support and friendship for over 30 years with KSGOP Chairman Mike Brown, who served as a homebuilder on the NAHB Board of Directors and national BUILD-PAC Boards. Kansas State Representative Ron Bryce and his wife, Lydia Bryce, taking it all in with big smiles! Jordan Sekulow (ACLJ), Chris McGowne (KSGOP General Counsel), Mike Brown (KSGOP Chairman), and Ben Sisney (ACLJ) after the morning ACLJ presentation. Mark and Amy Muller pause for picture during the convention proceedings. Keith and Jeanne Mark celebrating with dessert. The great view of the convention floor from way up high. Ben Sisney, Jordan Sekulow, and Mike Brown. Carl Harris (NAHB), Mike Brown, Mike Pompeo, and Bruce Rieke. Mike Brown, Chairman Kansas Republican Party Mike Brown has served as the Chairman of the Kansas Republican Party since February 2023. A 6th generation Kansan, Mike is a General Contractor in the Kansas City area and has been involved in Kansas Republican Party politics for nearly three decades. Mike and his wife, Kristi, have five grown children and live in Overland Park.     Republican Winning Can Be Our Only Goal The recent weeks have been a rollercoaster ride for 2024 election politics. First, the debate that exposed to the world what we’ve all known about the sitting president. Then an attempted assassination of our nominee for POTUS as the result of huge security failures. The very successful and moving RNC. The naming of our VP nominee. The sitting president pressured to resign his candidacy and his pushback. His eventual, grudging withdrawal from the race. And, finally, the naming of a nominee from the opposing party who not one voter ever voted for to be the nominee — and the subsequent process playing out as her party and the press work calculatingly to sanitize and rewrite her record. Politics move quickly and the few weeks between now and the November election can be an eternity. The future of our nation, now more than ever, depends on these days leading up to that event. We must now squander this time and this opportunity. The GOP came out of the RNC more unified nationally than we have been since the Reagan days. The opposing party is in chaos. This is our time — if we let it be. We have down ballot, critical races that need to be won in Kansas — especially Congressional races and races for our State House and State Senate. To do that will require the same unity displayed at the RNC to be the reality for the Kansas GOP. We cannot let selfish agendas guide our path forward, or we will let down Kansas Republicans — and the nation. We need this rollercoaster to become only a steady climb to the top. And we need to be on it together. I am calling on all Kansas Republicans to cease the infighting and destructive communications that reflect poorly on us all and turn others away from our party. These self-indulgences are not something Kansans or Americans can afford. Are you with me? With Trump? With America? Let’s make Kansas proud. And let’s all work to elect Republicans up and down the ballot. For Kansas — and for America. May God continue to richly bless America.     Some States Have Biden Statutorily Locked-In On Ballot The following states statutorily do not allow for a change of name on their ballots following a primary election certification. These states collective electoral votes total 130, making it statistically impossible for the “Annointed Cackler” to attain the 270 electoral votes necessary to win the presidency. 1. Alabama 2. Indiana 3. Michigan 4. Minnesota 5. New Mexico 6. Ohio 7. Pennsylvania 8. Texas 9. Washington These states will undoubtedly be asked to call a special session, expending precious taxpayer dollars to clean up the Democrat Party and Main Stream Media’s lies and obfuscations. Some of these states will oblige this expensive indulgence, and some will not play along with their folly. It only takes the resistance of a few to crush the hopes and dreams of the Dems. We will keep close track of the latter.     KSGOP Offers Discounted Mailing Options to All Republican Candidates The Kansas Republican Party (KSGOP) has announced a new initiative aimed at supporting Republican candidates running for office in the state. Under this initiative, all Republican candidates in Kansas can utilize the KSGOP’s discounted mailing options to reach potential voters. The rules for this program are straightforward: - The mailers must focus solely on the candidate paying for the mailer. - The mailers must not mention or indirectly attack any other Republican opponent. - The cost of the mailers must be borne by the candidate, not the party. - The mailers cannot be harmful or comparative in nature, ensuring they remain positive and focused. KSGOP Chairman Mike Brown emphasized the party's neutrality in Republican primary elections, stating it will not take sides. However, individuals within party leadership do reserve the right to offer personal endorsements or support, though none have been made at this time. Despite earning just two cents per piece of postage, which does not cover the full cost of the service, the KSGOP views this initiative as a valuable service to Republican candidates. The program has already saved Kansas Republicans well over $50,000 in the current primary cycle, allowing candidates to retain more donated funds for the General Election. This new initiative underscores the party’s commitment to supporting its candidates and securing victories in the upcoming elections. "The nominee can then use that saved money to defeat Democrats," stated Brown. "And winning is what your KSGOP is all about. Let’s roll."     Who Really Tried to Kill President Trump The question of who really tried to kill President Trump lingers ominously in the air, underscoring a growing sense of distrust in our institutions. According to a whistleblower highlighted in Senator Josh Hawley’s letter, the U.S. Secret Service inexplicably denied offers from a local law enforcement partner to deploy drone technology for rally security the night before the event. This decision raises unsettling questions about internal sabotage and the integrity of those tasked with safeguarding the President. The Secret Service’s refusal to utilize advanced security measures is baffling and suspicious. In an era where drone technology is a crucial tool in ensuring public safety, declining such support seems not only reckless but potentially malevolent. Was this a mere oversight, or something more sinister? The American people deserve transparency and accountability, especially when it comes to the safety of their President. Moreover, the silence and complacency of other government bodies in addressing these allegations compound the problem. Where is the outcry from the Department of Homeland Security or the FBI? Their muted response only fuels speculation and erodes public confidence in their ability to protect our nation's highest office. This incident should prompt a non-political, thorough and independent investigation by a panel selected based on qualifications and service history. We need to uncover whether this was a case of gross negligence, incompetence, or, worse, a deliberate attempt to endanger President Trump. Until these questions are answered, trust in the very institutions meant to protect us remains dangerously compromised. The American people must demand accountability, not only for the sake of justice but for the preservation of our democracy itself.         “All My Heroes Killed Colonizers.” Loves Kamala Policies Doesn’t Protect Children Spends No Time With Constituents Member of The Squad Consistently Votes Liberal Not Right for Kansas     Protect The Vote Initiative STAND UP FOR ELECTION INTEGRITY Republicans across the country have been fighting to make sure your vote is safe and secure – but the work is never done. First is our data and volunteer platform, Numinar. Campaigns around Kansas are knocking doors, sending text messages, making calls, polling, and accessing voter data through this innovative software. If you’re a data junky like myself, the AI mapping of poll results across your whole dataset is one of the coolest ways I’ve seen AI used in politics. For example, I can ask 300 people in Miami County how they feel about lowering property taxes, and then Numinar can predict how other voters in Miami County will feel about lowering property taxes. After working with various data platforms in the campaign realm, Numinar is by far the best I’ve ever used. Don’t just take my word for it, CampaignTech awarded Numinar Best Software in 2023. The best part for candidates and volunteer across Kansas is that the KSGOP offers Numinar to all candidates and volunteers for free, if you need help getting started, reach out to me at [email protected]. As Executive Director, I’m happy to travel the state, talk about campaigns and elections, and offer trainings. If your group would like me to come speak, let me know. I have worked on various campaigns through the years and am happy to help elect Republicans in your area. KSGOP is also offering Non-Profit Mail to Republicans across Kansas. This allows campaigns to use our indicia – saving big money on postage. KSGOP has utilized this lower mail rate and text messaging, door knocking, and calling through Numinar to help Republicans win, leading to nearly 80% of Republicans winning in the last local election. While those numbers are great, we need your help to make them even better! Please sign up to volunteer at [link removed] or make a small donation today so that we can send texts and mailers across Kansas. After all, you are the reason we are able to win elections – the KSGOP grassroots is the second to none! If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to call, text, or email! Below are some more stats and charts that will make your eyes bulge out. Kamala Harris sold us out and betrayed all of America, committing the crime of treason, among others. She must be held accountable at the polls. #NeverForget             The recent maneuver by the Democrats to discard Joe Biden in favor of Kamala Harris epitomizes the party's descent into totalitarianism. This iron-fisted move reveals a disturbing disregard for democratic principles, showcasing a leadership willing to trample over the will of the people to cement its own power. The rank and file’s acquiescence to this blatant power grab is equally alarming, signaling a blind allegiance over critical thinking. By sidelining Biden, who was elected by the public in primary and caucus elections across the nation earlier this year, the Democrats have effectively thrown democracy out the window. This orchestrated switch not only undermines the voters' choice but also sets a dangerous precedent for future political machinations. The party's actions suggest a preference for control and conformity over genuine democratic engagement, raising serious questions about the true nature of their commitment to the democratic process. And if Biden can't run for office now, how can he run the country?
